I am Reshma Ashar, an experienced Psychologist & Parent-Child Counsellor from Mumbai.

I firmly believe in early intervention and prioritise the mental health and well-being of all my clients. Identifying and addressing issues at the earliest stage greatly increases the likelihood of achieving a healthy and lasting recovery.
With a strong foundation in clinical psychology, I have received specialised training in various therapeutic approaches, including Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy, Mindfulness, Person-Centered Therapy, Play Therapy, and Projective Cards. This diverse training equips me to provide tailored and effective support to meet the unique needs of each individual.
Through individual therapy consultations, I assist adults in coping with and overcoming adversity while working towards their therapy goals. I work with parents to address their children's academic and learning difficulties, behavioural or emotional concerns.
